Fish Fry

Hope Full Gospel Church is holding a fish fry Saturday, June 9 starting at 12:30 p.m., 193 East Martin Luther King Blvd. They are serving fish, chicken and chili dogs, call (859) 238-0192 to place orders.

Spaghetti dinner

Alum Springs First Church of God is hosting a spaghetti dinner from 5-7 p.m, Saturday, June 9 at the church. The meal will include spaghetti with meat sauce, salad, garlic bread, dessert and drink. Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for children. Proceeds will benefit CWC and missions.

Men’s and Women’s Day

Men’s and Women’s Day will be held Sunday, June 10, at historical St. James AME Church, 124 East Walnut St. Morning service is at 11 a.m. with Rev. Ralph B. Smith. Afternoon service is at 3 p.m. with Rev. Bryan Litton and Israel Missionary Baptist Church congregation and choir of Louisville. Dinner will be served following the morning service. Everyone is welcome.

Special singing

Charity First Church of God will host a special singing featuring “Pony Pike” on Sunday, June 10 at 11 a.m. The church is located on College Street in Hustonville.

Revival

Second Street Christian Church will hold revival services June 11, 12 and 13 at 7 p.m. each evening. Guest speaker will be Elder Michael McPherson of Louisville. Dennis Miller, pastor.
