Lennon is a handsome one-year-old gray tabby. He is super friendly and wants to follow you around like a puppy. Lennon was surrendered by a family that was not able to care for all their cats, but you can tell that Lennon was not neglected. He is an awesome cat with lots of personality and a playful nature. Lennon has been neutered and his vetting brought up to date and he is ready to make some lucky adopter a great forever friend!

Reba

Reba is a pretty four-year-old German Shepherd Dog mix. She is a little smaller than the average GSD and weighs about 50 lbs. Reba has a sweet disposition and although she does have her energetic and playful moments, her overall disposition is relatively laid-back. Reba knows how to relax and take it easy once playtime is over. Reba is looking forward to be your faithful companion if you choose her for adoption!

June is National Adopt-A-Shelter Cat month. To celebrate, the DBCHS has reduced the adoption fee for cats and kittens adopted at the humane society to $60. This includes the spay/neuter surgery, feline leukemia test up to date vaccinations and deworming. So if you’ve been thinking of adopting a kitty, now is the time to do it! Take advantage of this special pricing for kitties adopted during the month of June and find your purrfect feline companion!!

Low-cost, high-quality spay/neuter surgery is available for pet owners with low and fixed incomes. Call our Happy Paws Clinic today at (859) 691-1137 for an appointment. Please help control pet over-population by having your pet spayed or neutered.
