The Throwbacks, a 90s alternative rock cover band out of Lexington, will perform live tonight (Thursday, June 28) at Weisiger Park as part of The Heart of Danville’s Main Street Live concert series. The event happens every third Thursday, but was rescheduled due to last week’s weather. Everyone is invited downtown for music, food and beer from 6-9 p.m. Each event partners with a local non-profit to raise awareness and donations for worthy causes. The June partnership is Ephraim McDowell Care Foundation.
