The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on June 26:

• Christopher Terry, 39, 10635 Green River Road, Hustonville: possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe; driving on a DUI suspended license; driving with an expired or no registration plates. Bail was set at $2,000. Aaron Sparks with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Abigail Wilburn, 21, 270 Nosco Road: receiving stolen property less than $500. Bail was set at $2,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Kelly Winek, 37, 370 Moore Lane, Harrodsburg: first-degree criminal facilitation to commit trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $2,000. Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified; first-degree trafficking in a controlled subtsance, meth; promoting contraband in the BCDC. Bail was set at $10,000 and Addison testified.

• Mark Anderson, 22, 442 Patrician Place: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; first-degree promoting contraband in the Boyle County Detention Center. Bail was set at $5,000. Glenn Doan with the DPD testified.

• Alicia Ayala, 21, 101 Ronameki Drive, Mount Sterling: identity theft; first-degree promoting contraband into the BCDC. Bail was set at $5,000. Tanner Abbott with DPD testified.

• John Bess, 31, 1319 West Walnut St.: two counts third-degree assault causing injuries to officers; resisting arrest; DUI. Bail was set at $5,000. Adam Wilson with the DPD testified.

• Waylon Bowling, 41, 645 Ed Padgett Road, Waynesburg: two counts first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for status hearings. Bail was set at $10,000. Kari Lamb testified.

• Jeffery Carmickle, 20, BCDC; first-degree promoting contraband in the BCDC; possession of drug paraphernalia, spoon. Bail was set at $5,000 Robert Coulter with the BCDC testified.

• Dylan Casey, 19, 1126 Gwinn Island Road: receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000, pickup truck. Bail was set at $5,000; Sparks testifed.

• Timothy Coulter, 40, 4427 White Oak Road, Junction City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringes. Bail was set at $5,000. Steven DeBord with the DPD testified.

• Cynthia Cox, 25, 293 Saylor Road, Crab Orchard: first-degree unlawful access to a computer. Bail was set at $10,000. Hobie Daugherty with the DPD testified.

• Dakota Cox, 19, 256 Brett Circle, Hustonville: first-degree wanton endangerment by having a child present during a drug transaction; two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth.

• Ferlando Denny, 32, 530 Greenwood Street, Kingston, Tennessee: tampering with physical evidence; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. DeBord testified.

• Brandon Duncan, 18, 734 Ellerson Drive, Harrodsburg: receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000, vehicle. Bail was set at $5,000. Sparks testified.

• Tiffany Dunn, 24, 361 Phillips Lane, Junction City: first-degree promoting contraband in the BCDC; possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Richard Farris, 31, 218 Russell St., Junction City: two counts first-degree wanton endangerment in a motor vehicle; first-degree wanton endangerment of a child in a vehicle; DUI; failure to give right of way to emergency vehicle. Bail was set at $10,000. Brandon Conley with the BCSO testified.

• Kayla Gonzalez, 30, 1283 Ben Ali Drive: second-degree burglary; second-degree criminal mischief; possession of a firearm by  convicted felon; receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000; identity theft; first-degree unlawful access to a computer; third-degree burglary at Danville First Christian Church; theft by unlawful taking of property valued less than $500. • Brian Gribbins, 29, 2823 Talmage Mayo Road, Harrodsburg: tampering with physical evidence; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 and Addison testified.

• Ernest Hardy, 33, 121 Centre Estates: unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities. Bail was set at $5,000 and Kevin Pee with the DPD testified.

• Jeffrey Hoskins, 33, 89 Miller St., Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $5,000 and Toney Dollins with the Kentucky State Police testified.

• William Huffman, 64, 1200 Hustonville Road: trafficking in a controlled substance, oxycodone. Bail was set at $20,000 and Paul Megilligan with the DPD testified.

• Clinton Hurley, 35, 423 Coldstream Drive: second-degree burglary; receiving stolen property valued less than $500; four counts third-degree burglary at Immanuel Baptist Church, Calvary Baptist Church and First Christian Church; theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000 from Calvary; first-degree criminal mischief by causing more than $1,000 in damage at Calvary; two counts first-degree unlawful access to a computer; receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000 from a citizen; theft by unlawful taking of items valued less than $500 from First Christian. • Russell Randolph, 49, 672 Belemont St., Harrodsburg: tampering with physical evidence; first-degree persistent felony offender; third-degree criminal attempt to commit a burglary at Danville Bistro; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of burglary tools; public intoxication. Bail was set at $20,000 and Megilligan testified.

• Tiffany Reid, 34, 34 Foster St., Liberty: theft by unlawful taking of items valued between $500 and $10,000 from  Walmart; promoting contraband in the BCDC; possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $10,000 and DeBord testified.

• Shawn Sargent, 39, 119 Michelle Court: identity theft; first-degree wanton endangerment by having a child present during a drug transaction; two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $20,000 and McCoy testified.

• Nathaniel Siler, 35, 117 Miles Ave., Lancaster: second-degree burglary; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot; third-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $10,000 and Sparks testified.

• Jacob Smith, 22, 62 Benedict Court: first-degree wanton endangerment by having a child present during a drug transaction; two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $15,000 and McCoy testified.

• James Terhune, 38, 1491 Poor Ridge Pike, Lancaster: second-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000 and Preston Russell with the Junction City Police Department testified.

• Stephanie Varner, 29, 1003 Orchard Ave., Crab Orchard: trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl; first-degree promoting contraband in the BCDC; driving without a license. Bail was set at $10,000 and Addison testified.

• Aiden Wells, 22, 701 Yukon Ave.: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at $5,000 and Jacob Ruhe with the DPD testified.

• Eli Wells, 28, 701 Yukon Ave.: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Dario Zilch, 33, BCDC, two counts first-degree sexual abuse of a minor less than 12. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wes Gaddis with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testifed.
