Ritz on dean’s list at Minnesota State

MANKATO, Minnesota — The academic high honor and honor lists (dean’s lists) for the past spring semester at Minnesota State University, Mankato have been announced by Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs Marilyn Wells.

Kyle Ritz, a sophomore, of Danville (honors list, Biology) was among the total of 768 students that qualified for the High Honor List by achieving a 4.0 straight “A” average, while 2,266 students earned a 3.5 to 3.99 average to qualify for the Honor List.

To qualify for academic honors, undergraduate students must be enrolled for at least 12 credit hours for the semester.

Minnesota State Mankato, a comprehensive university with 14,712 students, is part of the Minnesota State system, which includes 30 colleges and seven universities.

Everman named to Clemson’s dean’s list

CLEMSON, South Carolina — Holly Ann Everman of Danville has been named to the dean’s list at Clemson University for the spring 2018 semester. Everman is majoring in Psychology.

To be named to the dean’s list, a student must achieve a grade-point average between 3.5 and 3.99 on a 4.0 scale.
