Out to lunch: McDowell Place residents enjoyed a delicious lunch at Gibby’s Restaurant in Frankfort and toured the Capital City Museum on Wednesday, June 27. The museum explores over 200 years of politics, enterprise, commerce, everyday life, misbehavior, conflict, architecture and more.
