Charles “Dwayne” Holderman

1949-2018

Charles “Dwayne” Holderman entered into rest July 27, 2018 in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was born January 26, 1949 in Lebanon, Kentucky and grew up in Perryville.

Dwayne was preceded in death by his father Charles Holderman, nephew Dustin Worthington and brother-in-law Danny Wayne Settles.

Survivors are his mother Juanita Holderman, three sons, Chad (Angie), Chris (Erin), and Kevin Holderman; two beautiful granddaughters, Lauren and Morgan, two sisters, Debbie Settles, Dena Worthington, a brother, Danny (Sandy) Holderman and several nieces and nephews. In addition, special in Dwayne’s life was Susan Moran and her two granddaughters, Lilly and Autumn.

Dwayne was a retired self-employed contractor, member of Living Hope Baptist Church, and a member of the Bowling Green JCI’s. He loved sports, outdoor activities, making people laugh and spending time with his family.

The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday July 31, 2018 at Walden Funeral Home Perryville with Barry Harmon officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

The pallbearers are Kolby Young, Justin Turner, Brian Settles, Jim Parr, Rex McWhorter, Wayne Minor, Lynn Holderman, and David Cochran.

Honorary pallbearers are Berry, Derek, Greg Smothers, Larry, Norris Holderman, Stuart Moss, and Gary Best.
