The following people were indicted by a Mercer County grand jury on July 18:

• Travis Peyton, 37, 3415 Louisville Road, Salvisa: flagrant nonsupport of his child. Bail was set for $5,000 non-refundable. April Haskel testified.

• Jamal Wilkinson, 31, 140 Cleveland Ave., Versailles: flagrant nonsupport of his child. Bail was set at $5,000 non-refundable. Katherine Dunn testified.

• Jessica King, 30, 364 Bonny Lynn Drive, Harrodsburg: flagrant nonsupport of her minor children. Bail was set at $5,000 non-refundable. Mark Jenkins testified.

• Derick Cochran, 38, 759 Fairview Court, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $5,000. Daylen Morris with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.

• Jose Avila, 20, 813 Martin Luther King Boulevard, Harrodsburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing in Mercer Circuit Court. Bail was set at $10,000. Kari Lamb testified.

• Christopher Maddox, 33, 305 Pheasant Drive, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Scott Elder with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Matthew Shannon, 24, 2840 Mackville Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Elder testified.

• Angelia Eades, 51, 380 Dix Dam Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Elder testified.

• Heather King, 38, 102 Bushtown Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $10,000. Elder testified.

• Heather Demaree, 33, 211 Hycliff St., Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $10,000. Elder testified.

• Alece Williams, 30, 345 Bypass Plaza, Frankfort: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at $10,000. Elder testified.

• Nathan Hurst, 30, 3305 Bohon Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree sodomy with a female child younger than 12; incest with his daughter; first-degree sexual abuse. Bail was set at $100,000. Elder testified.

• Mark Francis, 50, 549 Newby Lane, Harrodsburg: two counts first-degree wanton endangerment with a vehicle; driving without liability insurance. Bail was set at $5,000. Elder testified.

• Samantha Conover, 24, 274 Catlett Lane, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance,heroin; two counts first-degree wanton endangerment by trafficking controlled substances in the presence of a minor; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. • Mark Stinnett, 27, 274 Catlett Lane, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance,heroin; two counts first-degree wanton endangerment by trafficking controlled substances in the presence of a minor; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe; driving on a DUI suspended license. Bail was set at $20,000. Swabey testified.

• William Pope, 38, 232 Pinnacle Court, Frankfort: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $40,000. Elder testified.
