“Four sculptures created by local metal artist Scott Kellersberger will not only bring lively color to the park, but they also evoke graceful movement that will enhance the newly landscaped public space,” says project volunteer Kevin Meredith.

Olde Towne Park has undergone a significant transformation this summer.

Julie Wagner, executive director of Harrodsburg First explains, “These enhancements were the outcome of a vibrant partnership between the City of Harrodsburg, Harrodsburg Tree Board, Harrodsburg-Mercer County Tourist Commission, Tallgrass Foundation, Harrodsburg First Design Committee and Diamond Point Foundation who provided funds for the sculptures. Olde Towne Park has become an inviting public space that welcomes everyone to spend time downtown and enjoy the beauty of the district.”
