Florence Louise Wingate Brown

Florence “Louise” Brown, 76, of Crab Orchard,  died Wednesday, August 22, 2018 in Crab Orchard, Kentucky. Born on April 26, 1942 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of Searcy M. and Florence Sanders Wingate. She was the widow of Bobby W. Brown who preceded her in death on July 1, 2018. Florence was a former real estate agent. She had a passion for going to yard sales and playing bingo and rook.

Survivors include: One Son, William C. Burwell; Daughters, Brenda and Husband Troy Vanceand Lori and Husband Gary Brummett; Step Daughter, Lisa Counts; One Sister: Linda Lou and Husband Wayne Rowe; Special Caregiver, Cheryl McLemore; Seven Grandchildren, Krystal (Michael) Childers, Kris Bustle, Jennifer (Thomas) Saylor, Jessica Bustle, Amber Brummett, Elaine Counts, Rebecca Fortson; Five Great Grandchildren, Kinslee and Kadi Bustle, Luke Saylor, Elijah Broyles, Khalil White.

Additionally to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William Smith.

Funeral service  2 p.m. Sunday, August 26, at McKnight Funeral Home Chapel with minister Bro. Dan Gutenson. Burial will be in Bethel Church of Christ Cemetery.

Visitation after 6PM on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at McKnight Funeral Home.

Pallbearers include: Terrill Lane, Wayne, Brandon and Jason Brown, Shane New and Jerry Hooker.
