1956-2018
Ronnie “Rube” Paul Burger, 61, died Monday, August 27, 2018. He was born in Danville on December 18, 1956, to the late Alton and Virginia Morine Burton Burger. Ronnie was a member of Pleasant Run Baptist Church. He loved woodworking, fishing and motorcycles.
He is survived by two sisters, Sandra (Danny) Cooper, Donna (Roger) Chadwell; one brother Dwain (Cheri) Burger of South Carolina; five nephews, Christopher (Rebecca) Burger, Billy (Gina) Rice, Steven (Misty) Rice, Travis (Melissa) Rice, Dale (Angie) Chadwell; one niece, Tonya (Troy) Watts.
The funeral service will be 1 p.m., Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City. Rev. Junior Fields will officiate. Burial will be in Parksville Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., prior to service on Thursday.
