Correction

Boyle County Magistrate Phil Sammons recently received medals for his service as a U.S. Army veteran who served in Korea. It was incorrectly stated in a press release from Kentucky Association of Counties that Sammons had served during the Korean War. The article was in reference to Sammons being named the KACo 2nd vice president.

Danville-Boyle County Recreation Commission — 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28 in the Boyle County Fiscal Court Room. This is a special called board meeting. Agenda includes: Old business of finalizing sponsorship letter and field naming letter and Ad-Hoc on hold and PA System and new business including KY Arts Fest and  Johnny Harmon Invitations March 23 and DCA May 4.
