First Baptist Christmas praise service

The First Baptist Church Male Chorus will have its Christmas praise service on Sunday, Dec. 9, at 3:30 p.m. Everyone is invited to worship with us. First Baptist Church is located at 200 W. Walnut St., Danville. Rev. Darrick Briscoe, pastor.

First Baptist Christmas program

First Baptist Church, 1570 North Danville Bypass, will present a special Christmas program on Sunday, Dec. 16, called “The Jesus Jog.” The program will be presented during the 10:45 a.m. service and the evening service at 6 p.m. and consists of songs performed by the First Baptist praise band, adult choir, children’s choir and drama cast, principles that great runners use to improve, and the race we are to run for Christ mentioned by the apostle Paul. Following the 6 p.m. service, stick around for an evening of games, refreshments, and fellowship.

First Church of God ‘Homecoming Christmas’

The First Church of God in Danville invites everyone to a “Homecoming Christmas” on Sunday, Dec. 9 at 6 p.m. The evening will include Christmas music and a candlelight service.
