Rose Luttrell Stephens

Rose Luttrell Stephens, 75, of Stanford, Ky., passed away on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at home.

Born May 10, 1943, in Liberty, Ky., to the late Arlis Luttrell and Beulah Wilkerson, she was the widow of Ronald Lee Stephens, and was a retired employee from Kentucky Correctional Institution where she worked as a corrections officer. She was also a member of Stanford Church of the Nazarene.

Survivors include one son, Ronald Stephens, Jr. (Vicki) of Henry County, Ky.; three daughters, Lisa Wolford (Greg) of Garrard County, Ky., Melanie Phillips (Jeff) of South Carolina, and Michelle Bruns (Jeff) of Gainesville, Ga.; three sisters, Cindi Tanner of Bowling Green, Ky., Teresa Ballinger (Gary) of Lexington, Ky., and Dixie Luttrell of Junction City, Ky.; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two nieces; and two nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel, Stanford from 12-2 p.m. A private family graveside service will be held at Pilot Baptist Church Cemetery.
