Joan Jabker

1933-2019

Joan Jabker of Danville, Kentucky passed away on January 28, 2019 at the age of 85. She was the beloved wife of the late Eugene Jabker of 54 years. Born on June 2, 1933 in Van Buren, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Emmett and Lillian Buchanan.

She is survived by her two sisters, Marian Long and her twin June Downs along with 9 nieces and nephews. She had exceptional friends in Danville and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Joan acquired her master’s degree at Illinois State University and enjoyed working for the University for many years.

No services will be held and a private family interment will be held at a later date.
