- Haven Care Center held an open house on Friday and Saturday, March 15-16 with the actual ribbon cutting being held at noon on Friday. Tiffany Johnson, director of Haven Care Center was given the honor of cutting the ribbon during the open house. All four Chambers of Commerce (Boyle, Lincoln, Garrard and Mercer) were represented.
