The following people were indicted by a Mercer County grand jury on July 10:

• Chasity Washington, 41, Lawrenceburg: second-degree escape by failing to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Wes Gaddis with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Angela Williams, 39, Harrodsburg: second-degree burglary. Bail was set at $10,000. Scott Elder with the MCSO testified.

• Deborah Jennings, 52, Frankfort: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference. Bail was set at $10,000. Kari Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.

• Bridgett Hopkins, 28, Crab Orchard: two counts first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.

• Joshua Howard, 33, Harrodsburg: tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $5,000. Andrew Lay with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.

• Cassey Tidwell, 32, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $20,000. Shannon Sanders with Northpoint Training Center testified.

• Sylvania Robbins, 49, Stanford: third-degree burglary by entering Rent-N-Store; theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000. Bill Cruce with the MCSO testified.

• Andrew Horn, 35, Harrodsburg: two counts first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, second offense, methamphetamine and heroin. Bail was set at $30,000. Derek Paterson with the HPD testified.

• Ricky Robbins, 51, Liberty: third-degree burglary as a persistent felony offender by entering Rent-N-Store; theft by unlawful taking property valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $20,000 and Cruce testified.

• Dennis Sparrow, 39, Harrodsburg: second-degree burglary as a persistent felony offender; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at $20,000. Scott Elder with the MCSO testified.

• Kenneth Burrows, 30, Harrodsburg: fleeing or evading police as a persistent felony offender; two counts third-degree assault of an officer; third-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $40,000. Andrew Lay with the HPD testified.
