The 23rd annual Coach Plummer’s 5K Run & Walk will be held on Saturday, August 3rd starting at 8:00 a.m.

The over three mile long course will begin at Danville’s football stadium and span a “fairly hilly” grass trail. The course is located near John W. Bate Middle School. It has been redesigned and is described as “scenic, but challenging”. It also serves as the home track for the Danville cross country teams.

For Danville High School alumni, awards will be presented for the top overall male and female winners and a Coach Plummer Medal will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age division.
