Hugh Phillips, 81, widower of Betty Jenean Phillips, died Friday, July 26, 2019 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington.

Memorial services will be 3:30 p.m. Friday, August 16 at the Spring Hill Cemetery Pavillion.
