The following people were indicted by a Garrard County grand jury:

• William Hargis, 21, Lexington: receiving stolen property, firearm; possession of marijuana. A summons was issued. Kentucky State Police Trooper Shepherd testified.
• David Yeager, 39, Harrodsburg: driving under the influence of intoxicants; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; third-degree possession of a controlled substance, xanax. Summons was issued and Shepherd testified.
• Logan Coulter, 40, Lancaster: flagrant nonsupport. Summons was issued. Jeri Pruett with the Garrard County Division of Child support testified.
• Justin Hebson, 31, Lancaster: flagrant nonsupport. Summons was issued and Pruett testified.
• Hunter Daugherty, 28, Lancaster: flagrant nonsupport. Summons was issued and Pruett testified.
• Ronald Kennedy, 41, Hustonville: flagrant nonsupport. Summons was issued and Pruett testified.
