1938-2019
Mr. Billy Lee Goode, 80, of Richmond, the husband of Catherine Epperson “Cathy “Goode, passed away at his home on Saturday evening.
Billy was born on November 25, 1938, in Lincoln County, the son of the late Eugene E. and Mary Bernice Brown Goode. He was a self-employed builder.
Survivors include his wife, Cathy; two sons, Billy Curtis Goode and Matthew Lee Goode; one daughter, Leighanne Hurt (Jeff) of Stanford; two grandchildren, David and Devin Hurt; a sister, Sue Osborne (Edward) of Louisville; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Kim Rose and David Martin officiating.
The family will receive visitors from 3-5 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
