A question for our Boyle County magistrates: How is it that you continue to allow the players of the 50th judicial district to ignore the best practice judicial procedural recommendations as written in the report WE paid for by Brandstetter Carroll?

Is it OK that our local Jurassic judiciary flaunts its own set of values over and above the aforementioned recommendations? Your jail numbers have climbed right back up, costing us mightily. They are proving every day that on the back of their stained robes, it says, “I really don’t care … do you?”

Well … do you?
