Safe Communities – 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15.at the Water Treatment Facility. Manager Andy Tompkins will host a tour around the facility and talk about potential issues regarding a pipeline leak into Herrington Lake.

Boyle County Fire Department Board of Trustees — 6 p.m., Oct. 15 at the Boyle County Fire Department Headquarters, 1500 Lebanon Road. 

Ethics Committee – 9 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 6, in the grand jury room (250) of the Boyle County Courthouse.

STANFORD — The Kentucky Extension Homemakers Association is hosting a “Year of Adventure” open house on Saturday, Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Lincoln County Extension Office. Come see who we are and what we do; get to know us and let us get to know you.

EUBANK — The ninth annual Polly Ann Ridge reunion will be held beginning at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 26, at Eubank Senior Citizens Center, on Ky. 70 in Eubank. All former and current Polly Ann Ridge residents are invited to attend. Bring food, drinks and photos to share.
