In this class, branch teams focus on assessing the individual needs of investors, study more advanced investments and learn how these investments can be used to meet specific investment needs. They also receive individualized training to sharpen their investment skills and develop a business plan to follow once they return to their offices.

The Advanced Training Technology Workshop is a two-day program designed for successful branch teams. This workshop is an interactive learning experience that focuses on integrating the technological systems and tools into creating an ideal client experience. The branch teams share strategies for onboarding new clients, preparing for client appointments and maintaining an annual review process for all clients.

“This was invaluable training,” Crutchfield said. “In addition to learning ways to identify the specific needs and goals of individual investors, it gave me a chance to increase my investment knowledge, which will enable me to better serve my clients.”
