Hershel Isaacs, 75, passed away Sunday, October 13, 2019 at his home. He is survived by his loving wife, Iva. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday October 16, 2019 at Spurlin Funeral Home in Lancaster. Visitation will be 11:00 am until service time.
