CKSHRM, the voice of Human Resource professionals in Boyle, Casey, Garrard, Lincoln and Mercer counties, serves the needs of HR professionals by providing the most essential and comprehensive resources available.

The CKSHRM’s mission is to advance the human resource profession to ensure that HR is recognized as an essential part of every organization, including government entities.

As business leaders, it is important that we stamp out discrimination, and that our community leadership promotes and enforces fairness, inclusion, and diversity.

Due to the recent events in our community government, we wanted to bring awareness of our chapter, and the resources available to appropriately address and remedy concerns; we don’t want these events to impact our ability to attract the best companies, along with the ability to recruit candidates for jobs in our area. We want to ensure everyone is given fair and equal opportunities.
