“When it comes to resident care, there is a lot to be said for consistency,” remarked Morning Pointe senior vice president of clinical care Mandy Taylor. “When directors of nursing choose to stay with a community for an extended period of time, they become incredibly familiar with their residents’ needs and medical history, which allows them to better serve our seniors while also creating a feeling of stability and building strong relationships.”

“At Morning Pointe, we want all of our associates to see their roles as more than a job—we want them to see Morning Pointe as a place to grow in their careers and a family upon which they can depend,” added Morning Pointe president and co-founder Greg A. Vital. “I am so proud of all of the directors of nursing honored tonight and applaud them for their commitment to their residents and to Morning Pointe.”
