“American Creed” community conversation
Citizens Concerned for Human Relations, in partnership with Grace Doherty Library and Boyle County Public Library, will be hosting a film screening and scholar-facilitated discussion of PBS and Citizen Film’s documentary, “American Creed,” on Thursday, Nov. 21, at 6 p.m. in the Community Room at the library.
The documentary features former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, historian David Kennedy and a diverse group of Americans who explore whether a unifying set of beliefs, an American creed, can prove more powerful than the issues that divide us.
