Boyle County High School’s annual reunion recognized the 50th reunion of the Class of 1969.

During the reunion, two alumni were recognized as Distinguished Alumni: George William Moore and Morris Allen Stewart.

Mr. Moore graduated in 1969 before pursuing a career as a lawyer. The award was posthumous and was accepted by his wife, Deborah Brookhart Moore.

Mr. Stewart graduated in 1965, only the second class to graduate from Boyle County High School. He went on to teach and coach at his alma mater and other local schools. 

Three additional alumni and past staff members were recognized as “Rebels for Life,” Wanda Lanham, Donnie Coffman, and Carolyn Montgomery.
