Patricia Ann McDaniel

Patricia Ann “Trisha” McDaniel, 62, died January 22, 2020 at the UK Medical Center. She was born in Danville on May 21, 1957 to the late James Russell and Minnie Lee Goins McDaniel. Trisha is a 1975 graduate of Boyle Co High School and was a member of the Old Path Holiness Church. She grew up on the family farm and loved working there. Trisha sold scented candles among many other things and had a talent to sell anything. She had worked for Camic’s store and BP Hill of Beans. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brother, Kenneth Lee McDaniel.

She is survived by her daughter, Kelli (Brad McCrystal) Pike of Versailles; two sons, Stuart Ray (Katina) Short of Harrodsburg and Matthew (Emily) Pike of Harrodsburg; four grandchildren, Eden Taylor (Haley Toomey) Short, Jayden Russell Pike, William Joseph Pike, Maddison Paige McCrystal; one great-grandchild, Leelynn Russell Toomey; a sister, Linda Morton of Danville; and a brother, David (Monica) McDaniel of Danville.

The funeral service will be at 11 am, Monday, January 27, 2020 at Stith Funeral Home, Danville. Rev. Chris McKinney will officiate. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Stuart Short, Matthew Pike, Jeremy McDaniel, David McDaniel, Jeff Kidder, Eden Short, Linda McDaniel and Chester Goins. Honorary pallbearers will be Amanda Miller, Karagan Miller, Trent Miller, Dylan Kidder, Braylan Kidder, Courtney Scott, Maddie McCrystal, Tinslee McDanvile, Jeb McDaniel, Lia Miller, Beckett Kirschbaum and Remington Kirschbaum. Visitation will be 5 pm – 8 pm, Sunday, January 26, 2020 at Stith Funeral Home, Danville. Memorial donations are suggested to Old Path Holiness Church, 229 Highland Court, Danville, Ky. 40422.
