Billy “Goose” Strevels
1947-2020
Billy “Goose” Strevels, 72, passed away Friday, January 31, 2020. He was born July 25, 1947 in Boyle County, a son of the late William C. and Berta Sykes Strevels.
Billy worked as an associate at Phillips Lighting and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He loved to spend time in the country and especially fishing and swimming in the creek.
Surviving Billy is his son, Shawn Strevels and Shawn’s mother Beverly Strevels.
In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his daughter, Heather Strevels.
The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Walden Funeral Home Perryville. Burial will follow in Parksville Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:30 – 8:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at the funeral home.
