Indictments published Feb. 28, 2020

The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on Feb. 18:
- Ronnie Shannon, 50, Danville: third-degree terroristic threatening by threatening to shoot the victim. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000 and no contact with the victim. Braydon Hopper with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
- Isabelle Mason, 21, Danville: second-degree wanton endangerment with a vehicle; theft by unlawful taking of property belonging to Pet Paradise valued less than $500. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000. Nathan Brown with the Danville Police Department testified.
- Melanie Hamilton, 49, Danville: fourth-degree assault by stabbing the victim. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000, no contact with the victim. Kevin Peel with DPD testified.
- Uziel Cueto, 35, Danville: fourth-degree assault by striking the victim; third-degree terroristic threatening by threatening to shoot the victim. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000 and no contact with the victim and Brown testified. Driving under the influence fourth or more offense. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Brown testified.
- Britany Armstrong, 38, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, straws. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Brandon Jewell with the DPD testified.
- Landon Bartleson, 19, Harrodsburg: first-degree burglary by unlawfully entering On Target and fled with firearms; receiving stolen property valued more than $10,000 by unlawfully possession a vehicle; first-degree criminal mischief by causing more then $1,000 worth of damage to On Target; two counts second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000. Kevin Peel with the DPD testified.
- Johnathan Bowman, 33, Harrodsburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a change of plea hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified for the commonwealth.
- Lonnie Coffman, 52, Junction City: possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $5,000. Kody Cloud with the BCSO testified.
- Zachary Dawson, 29, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a final sentencing. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.
- Brittney Deatherage, 35, Stanford: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial hearing. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.
- Richard Denny, 48, Lancaster: two counts third-degree assault of an officer; resisting arrest. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. David Lewis with the DPD testified.
- Bryan Douglas, 34, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.
- John Graves, 51, Danville: first-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Lewis testified.
- Dewayne Hogue, 55, Junction City: theft by unlawful taking of property valued more than $10,000, tractor. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Taylor Bottom with the BCSO testified.
- Shawn Mulrenin, 45, London: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; criminal possession of a forged instrument, counterfeit bill; driving on a revoked license. Bail was set at $10,000 and Cloud testified.
- Jarrod Reardon, 34, McKinney: first-degree wanton endangerment in a vehicle with his minor child; DUI third offense. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Cloud testified.
- William Sharp, 42, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; driving on a suspended license. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Braydon Hopper with the BCSO testified.
- William Shuffert, 41, Parma, Ohio: two counts theft by deception by obtaining rental equipment valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000 and Bartleson testified.
- Rasheen Smith, 41, Atlanta, Georgia: trafficking financial information; second-degree criminal possession of a forged check for $5,036; second-degree forgery. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Paul Megilligan testified for the DPD.
- Clinton Underwood, 29, Danville: two counts first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for pretrial conferences. Bail was set at $5,000 each count and Wilson testified.
- Sarah Ware, 39, Danville: third-degree burglary at Walmart; theft by unlawful taking of merchandise valued less than $500. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Brandon Jewell with the DPD testified.
- Samantha Washington, 33, Danville: two counts first-degree unlawful access to a computer to obtain money or property by fraud. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Jonathan Walls with the Kentucky State Police testified.
- Eugenia White, 43, Lexington: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; DUI. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Cloud testified.
- Rebecca Whitehouse, 22, Danville: second-degree escape by failing to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Wes Gaddis with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.
