David Lynn Hill

1956-2020

David Lynn Hill, 63, of Danville, died July 8, 2020 at Baptist Health Hospital. Born October 31, 1956 in Bedford, Indiana to the late Chester B. and Lillie Mae Plummer Hill. 

David attended Danville Schools and was a member of Southern Heights Baptist Church. He worked for Terminix for sixteen years as a Pest Tech. In his free time, he loved hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, wrestling, and westerns. He is predeceased by his brother, Donald Hill.

He is survived by his daughters, Jennifer Lynn (Daphne Collier) Hill of Nicholasville, Tara Childers (Mike) Thayer of Mansfield, Ohio, B.J. Stinnett of Nicholasville; one son, David Lynn Hill of Nicholasville; five grandchildren, Landon Hill, Madalynn Taylor, Rachael Thayer, Alexis Thayer and Logan Childers; one great-grandchild, Liam Childers; three brothers, Larry (Marie) Hill of Junction City, Kenny (Michelle) Hill of Danville and Paul (Joyce) Hill of Junction City; and his loving friend, Kelley Renee Hill of Nicholasville.

A visitation will be held from 5 pm – 8 pm, Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Stith Funeral Home in Danville. Memorial donations are suggested to be sent to the Hill family. The online guestbook is available at www.stithcares.com
