Irma Gail Carrier Sears

1943-2020

Irma Gail Carrier Sears, 76, of McKinney passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2020. Born September 2, 1943, she was the daughter of the late James Charles and Nellie May Naylor Carrier. 

Gail loved raising flowers and watching and caring for the birds. Gail was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Dean Sears and brothers, Danny, Larry and Roger Dale Carrier. 

She is survived by a son, James Harold (Melissa) Sears of Middleburg; daughter, Paula (Eugene) Watson of Liberty; sisters, Betty Joan Thompson of Garrard County and Brenda Gerkey of McKinney; five grandchildren: Ransom Yocum, Jeremy Sears, Ashley Sears, Danielle Sears, and Meagan Pendergraft; four step-grandchildren: Brittany Simpson, Aliyah Simpson, Charles Simpson, and Hannah Salyers; 6 great grandchildren; and 1 step-great grandchild.
