A boil water advisory that was issued for a portion of the Danville Water Works system Friday, Aug. 28 has now been lifted.

The advisory was for customers in the following areas.
• Westwood Court
• Hill-N-Dale Drive
• Greenview Drive
• Ridgeway Drive
• Long Run Apartments
• Plainview Drive
• Burkley Drive
• Apache Trail
