Boyle County indictments

The following people were indicted by the Boyle County grand jury on Aug. 20:

  • Kelli Anderson, 32, Lancaster: two counts first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for two status hearings. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.
  • Jason Asbury, 37, Junction City: three counts unlawful access to a computer to fraudulently obtain property or money. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Jonathan Walls with the Kentucky State Police testified.
  • Shaunda Brown, 41, Hustonville: two counts first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for two pretrial conferences. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.
  • Alec Camden, 28, Danville: third-degree assault of an officer by striking him; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot; possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. David Lewis testified for the Danville Police Department.
  • Dana Carter, 46, Waynesburg: identity theft; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; driving on a revoked or suspended license. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
  • Curtis Cook, 43, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl; driving on a revoked or suspended license. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Tanner Abbott with the BCSO testified.
  • Danny Crowe, 61, Perryville: first-degree wanton endangerment when he pointed a loaded firearm at an officer. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Jeffery Cutter, 33, Danville: two counts first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for two pretrial conferences. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.
  • Raymond Delqeda, 38, Northpoint Training Center: two counts third-degree assault of an officer as a persistent felony offender. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000. Tracy Nietzel with NTC testified.
  • Joshua Denney, 35, Science Hill: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Joshua Denson, 37, Junction City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; driving without liability insurance; driving with no or expired Kentucky registration plates. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Austin Elzey, 24, NTC: third-degree assault of an officer, persistent felony offender. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Nietzel testified.
  • Jacob Gordon, 28, Perryville: two counts first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for two pretrial conferences. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.
  • Christopher Harlan, 30, Danville: second-degree escape by failing to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered by a judge, persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $20,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Bobby Hurd, 33, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance,meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Joshua Johnson, 39, Danville: first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Richard Johnson, 31, Parksville: two counts first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth and heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Malcom Jones, 27, Detroit: two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth and heroin. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Shannon Lawhorn, 43, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
  • George McPherson, 34, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, cocaine; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales; DUI second offense; driving on revoked license. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Gary Cooper with KSP testified.
  • Timmathy Moore, 25, NTC: third-degree assault of an officer, persistent felony offender. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000 and Nietzel testified.
  • Michael Nevius, 37, Lancaster: first-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle; second-degree fleeing police on foot; violation of a protective order; driving with a license. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Carlos Ramos, 49, Danville: trafficking in a controlled substance, cocaine. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Maryann Rison, 43, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth and heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Casey Whittle with DPD testified.
  • David Sayre, 29, Lexington: first-degree robbery by being armed with a deadly weapon while committing a crime at Liquor Mart. Bail was set at $20,000. AJ Mullins with the DPD testified.
  • Shane Sinkhorn, 43, Junction City: receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Bill Cruce with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.
  • Ashley Sluder, 28, Stanford: possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Kevin Smith, 41, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; driving without liability insurance; driving a vehicle with no Kentucky registration plates. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Noah Smith, 22, Danville: two counts first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for two pretrial conferences. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.
  • Samuel Stallworth, 56, Danville: two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance second offense, fentanyl and cocaine. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Robert Tucker, 29, Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex: third-degree assault of an officer, persistent felony offender. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Nietzel testified.
  • Elizabeth Wildes, 21, Ewing: first-degree robbery when she was armed with a deadly weapon when committing a theft at Liquor Mart. Bail was set at $20,000 and Mulling testified.
  • David Young, 46, Danville: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Abbott testified.
