Conservatives have a problem. We were not raised to fight the battles that currently face us.

We were taught to be respectful. We were taught that if you didn’t have anything nice to say, to say nothing at all. We were taught to allow people to make fools of themselves without our comment or judgement.

Unfortunately, being a respectful, calm, helpful individual is no longer serving the conservative members of our community. The left-wing, liberal fringe groups that have come into our community in recent years have made being polite and civil a losing proposition.

It’s time for conservatives to fight fire with fire. Staying polite and silent means they win. It means their screaming and accusations, their anger and destruction in our community will continue. It will grow.

Boyle County, it’s time to stand up for what you believe. Your neighbors will forgive you for poor manners to save our community. In fact we will cheer you!
