1961-2020

Sheila Diane Jones Zeman, 59, passed away Monday, September 7, 2020. Sheila was born March 3, 1961 in Danville, Kentucky, a daughter of Imelda Mattingly Jones and the late Alfred Kenneth Jones.

Sheila was a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church and a Customer Service Representative for Meggitt. She was, perhaps, the greatest Cleveland Browns fan as well as a Cleveland Indians fan. She was a former FAA Inspector in Akron, Ohio, a production scheduler at Berry Plastics, employee of Lucas Aerospace in Ohio and a Preventative Maintenance Supervisor with Ohio Cat.

In addition to her mother, Imelda, Sheila is survived by her daughter Kensie Martha (Charlie) Westerfield, sister, Tina Jones (Mark) Wilkerson, brother, Gerald Kenneth Jones, and nephews Jeremy Wade Wilkerson, Kristopher Austin Jones and Jon Marcus Jones.

Also, preceding her in death, along with her father, Kenneth were her paternal grandparents, Alfred Lee and Martha Bottoms Jones, maternal grandparents, Floyd and Lucille Carney Mattingly, and a daughter, Lindsey Rae Zeman.

The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 11, 2020 with Pastor Bobby Estes officiating at The Showroom in Danville. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Perryville. Visitation will be from 5 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 10, 2020 at The Showroom.

Pallbearers are Charlie Westerfield, Gerald Jones, Jeremy Wilkerson, Jon Marcus Jones, Bruce Jones, Steve Wright, Gary Mattingly, and Tyler Lawson.

Honorary bearers are Deanna Worthington, Marsha Isaacs, Cindi Headen, Sandi Tonkin, Kristopher Austin Jones, Jim Cress, Eugene Mattingly, James Jones, Cindi Catlen, Susie Harmon, Suzanna Ryan, Warren Jones, Joey Brummett, Bobby Southerlan, Mark Wilkerson, and the Ya-Ya’s, Mary Conley, Patti Chidister, Julie Moser, Debbie Baker, Trixie Williams, Sherrie Cocanougher, and Loretta Kleckner.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Beech Grove Baptist Church Cemetery Pavilion or Heritage Hospice.

Services are under the direction of Walden Funeral Home Perryville.
