She was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and the Eastern Star.

Fely spoke four languages and had traveled all over the world. She also loved traveling back to the Philippines to be with her children, from her former partner, Rogelio Lacida Sr. (deceased) and grandchildren.

When Fely was not traveling, she would cook huge meals for everyone and organized get-togethers with her closest friends. They would sing karaoke and enjoy each other’s company.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Emerson “Bud” Sanson, her siblings, and her son in the Philippines, Jerson Lacida.

She is survived by her boyfriend of 12 years, Luther Stevens; her four children, Devorah Lacida, Richard Lacida, Clifford Lacida and Roy Lacida; and her seventeen grandchildren, Jia , Joshua Jr., Jezer, Cliven, Marygreth, Shemna, Charie, Chaira, Charmaine, Ronette, Bernard, Frederick, Charzea, Roshem, Heavenleigh, Lyndon and Jerson.
