Ian Taylor Blevins, 25, of Junction City, Kentucky, passed unexpectedly on Saturday, October 3, 2020. Born Friday, June 16, 1995 in Danville, Kentucky, he was the son of Amy Rice Hazlett (Harry) of Danville, Kentucky and Dale Lynn Blevins, Jr. of Washington County, Kentucky. Ian was a 2013 graduate of Lincoln County High School, and was a hard-working welder at Denyo. Ian enjoyed playing Xbox, and loved to ride dirt bikes and street bikes. Most of all, Ian loved being a dad to his precious son, Wyatt. In addition to his parents, Ian leaves behind one son, Wyatt Taylor Blevins of Danville; one brother, Mac Hazlett of Danville; two sisters, Katy & Lily Hazlett of Danville; maternal grandparents, Phyllis Durham, Patrick & Marilyn Rice, and Harry & Rosemary Hazlett all of Stanford, Kentucky; paternal grandparents, Sandra Blevins Norris of Washington County, and Dale Blevins, Sr. of Danville; maternal great-grandmother, Ruth Spaw of Stanford; two aunts, Kim Harris of Versailles, Kentucky, and Lori Middleton (Keith) of Stanford; two uncles, Alex Blevins (Cassi) of Yosemite, Kentucky, and Chris Coffman (Christie) of Lexington, Kentucky; “brother”/best friend, Jansin Sowers of Stanford; and several other extended family members and friends who mourn his passing. A Funeral Service will be held 11:00AM Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Fox & Friend Funeral Home with Bro. Jeremy Pope officiating the service. Burial will follow in Buffalo Springs Cemetery. Jansin Sowers, Mac Hazlett, Alex Blevins, Shawn Ingram, Chaz Ingram, and Zac Rice will serve as Active Pallbearers. Katy & Lily Hazlett will serve as Honorary Pallbearers. The Visitation will be held 5-8PM Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at the funeral home. PLEASE NOTE: Due to current restrictions, masks must be worn, by all in attendance for the Public Visitation and Funeral Service; and social distancing guidelines must be followed.
