  • Christopher Thomas Nalley, 35, Loretto: fourth-degree domestic assault, 60 days.
  • Alexandria Smith, 33, Winchester: DUI, $200, license suspended 120 days; contempt of court, two days; driving on suspended license and third-degree possession of a controlled substance, dismissed.
  • Louis Anthony Turner, 38, Springfield: fourth-degree domestic assault, 30 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, 30 days, concurrently, credit for five days served, remaining time probated one year, no contact with victim.
  • Michael W. Humes, 56, Hustonville: violation of protective order, 90 days, credit for five days served, remaining time probated one year, no contact with victim.
