The Boyle County Rebels are 12th Region soccer champs.

The Rebels got revenge on the West Jessamine Colts for a 4-1 loss back on Sept. 26 Thursday night as they shut out the Colts 1-0 in the 12th Region tournament finals.

The Rebels (9-8-1 on the season) will host the opening round of the Kentucky High School Athletic Association State Soccer Tournament Saturday afternoon with a 4 p.m. matchup against Montgomery County. The Indians (8-3-5) advanced to the state tournament with a 2-0 win over Calvary Christian in the 10th Region championship.
