Cynthia Joy Plount Talbot

1952 – 2020

Cynthia Joy Plount Talbot, 68, died Thursday, November 5, 2020. She was born in Owosso, Michigan on October 23, 1952 to the late Kerney Joseph and Eileen May Wonders Plount. Cynthia served in the United States Marines 1972-1973.

She loved her family, friends and her dog, Tucker. Cynthia found the best in everything, always putting others first no matter how hard things were. She enjoyed nature, water and riding her golf cart. Cynthia fostered multiple children and gave them a loving home. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a sister, Fran Lichtblau.

She is survived by her son, Ryan (Amanda) McDougall of Danville; three sisters, Sheryl (Larry) Hughes, Theresa (Richard) Caulkins, Linda (Cliff) Ford; five grandchildren, Shane Cummings, Jesse Cummings, Daniel McDougall, Caitlyn Prichard and Itzel Gonzalez and one great grandchild, Adallinna Rose Pineda.
