William D. Poncer

1955 – 2021

William D. Poncer, 66, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, Feb. 16. He is survived by his beloved wife, Carolyn; son, James Poncer; grandson, Timothy; mother, Sally Poncer, and three siblings, John Poncer, Deborah Hoover, and Mary Brown. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Poncer, and youngest son, David.

Bill was well-known and respected in the community where he owned a bookkeeping business, Poncer’s Tax Shoppe, for over 30 years. He was always kind and generous to his family and friends and will be remembered by many for his quick wit and sense of humor.

Arrangements are private, and in lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Kentucky Organ Donor Association (KODA).
