• Demarkus Kente Masterson, 32, Danville: tampering with physical evidence, amended to criminal attempt, 60 days; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot, 60 days; contempt of court, 60 days, all time to run concurrently; and careless driving and second-degree disorderly conduct, dismissed.

• Monty J. Bryant, 55, Danville: possession of marijuana, 30 days, probated one year; and failure to use proper signal and possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

• David L. Carlton, , 54, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, amended to attempt, 365 days, credit for six days served, remaining time probated two years; and possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court, dismissed.

• Brian Thomas Hundley, 37, Danville: DUI, $200 fine, license suspended six months; tampering with physical evidence, amended to attempt, 365 days; trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to attempt, 365 days; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to attempt, 365 days; possession of marijuana, 45 days, all time to run concurrently, credit for three days served, remaining time probated two years; and three counts third-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified and possession of drug paraphernalia, all dismissed.

• Nathan R. Lindsay, 43, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, amended to attempt, 365 days, credit for two days served, remaining time probated two years; no driver’s insurance, 30 days; contempt of court, 30 days, to run consecutively, probated one year; and third-degree criminal trespassing, no or expired registration plates and no Kentucky registration plates, all dismissed.

• Bobby L. Byrd-Devine, 20, Danville: fourth-degree assault, 90 days, probated one year, no contact with victim.

• Dennis R. Douglas, 57, Danville: possession of marijuana, $200.

• Thomas Scott Goetzinger, 28, Danville: second-degree disorderly conduct, 30 days; public intoxication, $25; second-degree criminal trespassing, 30 days, concurrently, credit for one day served, remaining time probated one year; public intoxication, second offense, $50; third-degree criminal trespassing, dismissed.

• Richard W. Yates, 30, Danville: possession of marijuana, $200.

• Oscar E. Cummins, 28, Stanford: DUI second offense, $350 fine, 28 days home incarceration, license suspended18 months; no driver’s insurance, dismissed.

CIVIL JUDGMENTS
