• James Chad Skaggs, 45: driving on suspended license, 30 days; no driver’s insurance, 30 days; possession of marijuana, 30 days; tampering with physical evidence, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days, all time to run concurrently, probated two years; and second-degree fleeing or evading police in vehicle, reckless driving, improperly on left side of road; second-degree possession of a controlled substance and contempt of court, all dismissed.

• Lisha P. Hampton, 59, DUI, $200 fine, license suspended six months.

• Erica Harless, 39, Parksville: theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting merchandise valued less than $500, 90 days, probated one year, banned from Hobby Lobby.

• Anna M. Cummins, 47, Danville: resisting arrest, 180 day; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot, 180 days, concurrently; second-degree disorderly conduct, dismissed, credit for 180 days served.

• Taurus Brendal Mayhorn, 31, Lexington: trafficking in marijuana, 180 days; trafficking in synthetic drugs, amended, 180 days; no driver’s insurance, 30 days, all time to run concurrently, credit for two days served, remaining time probated one year; and disregarding stop sign, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts contempt of court, all dismissed.

• Patrick Edward Miller, 19, Lancaster: DUI under age 21, $200 fine, license suspended six months; and improper turning, improper signal and possession of open alcohol container in vehicle, all dismissed.

• Kent Douglas Townsend: DUI, $200, license suspended.

• Male juvenile, 17, Lancaster, DUI under age 21, amended to DUI, $200 fine, license suspended until age 18.

• Phillip E. White, 46, Lancaster: DUI, $200 fine, license suspended six months.

• Billy Hall, 30, Liberty: theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting merchandise valued less than $500, 90 days; contempt of court, 30 days, concurrently, credit for 90 days served.

• Christian Lamar Spiller, 24, Junction City: fourth-degree assault, 30 days; contempt of court, 30 days, concurrently.

• Tracy M. Stevens, 33, Lebanon: driving on suspended license, dismissed; third-degree possession of controlled substance, drug unspecified, 21 days.

• Levi Tucker Swann, 25, Harrodsburg: menacing, 30 days, to run concurrently with state time now serving.

• Bradley C. Watts, 25, Harrodsburg: second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot, 90 days; possession of marijuana, 45 days, consecutively, credit for six days served, remaining time probated one year; and second-degree disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

• Melanie D. Wilson, 34, Danville: fourth-degree domestic assault, 120 days, to serve 14 days, remaining time probated one year, no contact with victim.

• Claude Henry Allen, 48, Broadhead: trafficking in synthetic drugs, amended to possession, 365 days, credit for one day served, remaining time probated two years; and driving on suspended license, failure to use proper signal, possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified, all dismissed.

• Aaron Scott Canfield, 34, West Virginia: public intoxication, $25; resisting arrest, 90 days; second-degree disorderly conduct, 90 days, concurrently, credit for two days served, remaining time probated two years.

• Natasha Nicole Floyd, 36, Richmond: fourth-degree domestic assault, 90 days, credit for four days served, remaining time probated one year, no contact with victim.

• Jamel W. Taylor, 30, Harrodsburg: third-degree burglary, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days, to serve 30 days, remaining time probated two years, banned from Walmart.

• Kara J. Anglin, 29, Versailles: tampering with physical evidence, amended to attempt, 365 days, to serve concurrently with state time now serving.
