• Ronald A. Simon, 32, Alabama: first-degree wanton endangerment, amended to second-degree, 365 days, to serve seven days, remaining time probated one year; two counts possession of marijuana, no driver’s insurance, and no driver’s license, seven days each charge, all time to run concurrently.
