Water main break between Danville and Perryville

A water main break occurred on U.S. Highway 150 between Danville and Perryville on Thursday. According to a city of Perryville Facebook post from before the break was repaired, some residences close to Hays Lane were affected, and the city of Danville handled the situation.
In a statement provided by Danville Utility Director Marshall Carrier, he said water supply was temporarily interrupted during construction activities for the Perryville Road Phase 2 construction along Hwy. 150.
“City of Danville water distribution personnel were quick to the scene and repaired the impacted waterline,” he said. “The city of Danville will be issuing a boil water advisory for the affected customers.”
