Boyle County indictments

The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on July 22:

• Evan Goodlett, 29, Harrodsburg: first-degree criminal trespass; second-degree fleeing or evading when he disobeyed a police officer’s order to stop as a pedestrian; second-degree criminal mischief by causing less than $1,000 in damage to someone’s property. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000. Brett Simpson testified for the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office.

• Mary Brock, 42, Crab Orchard: criminal facilitation to commit receiving stolen property between $1,000 and $10,000, when she knowingly provided someone with means or opportunity for the commission receiving stolen property. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000. Keith Addison testified for the Danville Police Department.

• Wesley Bivins, 42, Lancaster: first-degree possession of controlled substance heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia, a spoon. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Timothy Wren testified for BCSO.

• Michael Black, 37, Mackville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified for the state.

• Whitney Bottoms, 31, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Wren testified.

• Angela Bradley; 41; Bean Station, Tennessee: first-degree trafficking by possessing with intent to traffic controlled substance meth; first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Simpson testified.

• Jason Brown, 40, Danville: first-degree trafficking by possessing with intent to traffic in two or more grams of meth; first-degree fleeing or evading when he disobeyed a police officer’s order to stop his vehicle in an attempt to flee and by doing so created risk of serious physical injury, death or damage to property; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Wren testified.

• Stanley Carney, 39, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Wren testified.

• Steven Cooley, 36, Lancaster: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Tanner Abbott testified for BCSO.

• Justin Cooper, 41, Danville: first-degree trafficking by possessing with intent to traffic in fentanyl; first-degree fleeing or evading when he disobeyed a police officer’s order to stop his vehicle in an attempt to flee and by doing so created risk of serious physical injury, death or damage to property; operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked or suspended. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Abbott testified. Two charges of first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $5,000 for each charge. Wilson testified for the state for each charge.

• Terri Daniels, 38, Burgin: operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other substances, fourth or subsequent offense; driving with a DUI suspended license when she operated a motor vehicle while her license was revoked or suspended. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Addison testified.

• Erika Drury, 31, Harrodsburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a final sentencing hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Wilson testified for the state.

• Merry Duncan, 49, Lexington: first-degree promoting contraband when she introduced dangerous contraband into the Boyle County Detention Center; first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.

• Marvin Eldridge, 32, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Casey McCoy testified for BCSO.

• Sean Ganem, 50, Parksville: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.

• Charles Gilliam, 63, Lancaster: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; first-degree possession of controlled substance oxycodone. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Wren testified.

• Hunter Gillock, 25, Liberty: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance by possessing with intent to traffic in two or more grams of meth; third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Walmart. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Addison testified.

• William Gilvin, 40, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance by possessing with intent to traffic in two or more grams of meth; first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Wren testified.

• Jacob Glass, 28, Stanford: second-degree burglary when he unlawfully entered a dwelling house; first-degree criminal mischief by causing damage to someone’s property; fourth-degree assault when he caused a woman physical injury; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Jacob Ruhe testified for BCSO.

• John Graves, II; 32; Danville: two charges of first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference. Bail was set at $5,000 for each charge. Wilson testified for the state for each charge.

• Brandy Hall, 23, Parksville: first-degree possession of controlled substance heroin. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Wren testified.

• Erica Harless, 40, Parksville: first-degree promoting contraband when she introduced dangerous contraband into the Boyle County Detention Center; first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; offense of license to be in possession when operating a motor vehicle with no operator’s license. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.

• Dakota Harmon, 24, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking by possessing with intent to traffic in two or more grams of meth; violation of an emergency protective order. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. No contact with victim. Abbott testified.

• Joseph Harrington, 22, Lebanon: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; resisting arrest when he used force against an officer arresting him; second-degree disorderly conduct by intentionally causing annoyance or alarm in a public place by engaging in threatening behavior. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Simpson testified.

• Robert Hawkins, 40, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; driving a motor vehicle without an operator’s license; driving a motor vehicle without liability insurance. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.

• Robert Hayes, 46, Stanford: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Addison testified.

• Karen Henry, 44, Stanford: first-degree trafficking by possessing with intent to traffic in two or more grams of meth. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Wren testified.

• Michael D. Johnson, 35, Crab Orchard: receiving stolen property between $1,000 to $10,000 in value by having in possession property owned by Bluegrass Community Action, knowing it to have been stolen; first-degree criminal mischief when he caused damage to property of Bluegrass Community Action; theft of identity when without someone’s consent did knowingly possess or use identifying information of theirs for purpose of avoiding detection. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Addison testified.

• Travis Jones, 33, Richmond: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $5,000, cash. Wilson testified for the state.

• Anna Nevius, 56, Stanford: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Wren testified.

• Joshua Newby, 38, Berea: theft by unlawful taking of a vehicle with value between $1,000 to $10,000 from Apex Plumbing. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Wren testified.

• Garnett Noe, 58, Parksville: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Addison testified.

• Tyson Perrin, 24, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; receiving stolen property, a scooter, with value between $500 to $1,000, by having it in his possession knowing it to have been stolen. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Dakota Rakes testified for DPD.

• Vince Peyton, 55, Junction City: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; operating a motor vehicle while license was revoked or suspended. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.

• Scott Robbins, 39, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; theft by unlawful taking under $500 by taking merchandise from Lowe’s. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Addison testified. First-degree possession of controlled substance meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Addison testified.

• Stephen Salyers, 32, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Wilson testified for the state.

• William Shuffert; 42; Parma, Ohio: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a change of plea hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Wilson testified for the state.

• Hunter Stratton, 25, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance by possessing with intent to traffic in fentanyl, second offense; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance by possessing with intent to traffic in meth. Bail was set at $20,000. Addison testified.

• Zachary Tarkington, 36, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl; possession of drug paraphernalia, a syringe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Wren testified.

• Doug Wheeler, 33, Campbellsville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance by possessing with intent to traffic meth; first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl; theft of identity when without someone’s consent did knowingly possess or use any identifying information of theirs for purpose of avoiding detection; operating a motor vehicle with expired or no Kentucky Registration plates. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Simpson testified.

• Christopher Woodall, 37, Stanford: receiving stolen property between $1,000 to $10,000 in value by having in his possession property owned by Bluegrass Community Action, knowing it to have been stolen; first-degree criminal mischief by causing damage to the property of Bluegrass Community Action. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Addison testified.

• David Young, 47, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales; operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked or suspended. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.

• Samantha Young, 21, Salvisa: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.
