• Gerald Lamont Ford: possession of marijuana, $200; failure to use proper signal, $25.

• Bradley K. Turner: second-degree criminal trespassing, 30 days, credit for two days served, remaining time probated one year, banned from property.

• David Franklin Walker: DUI, $200 fine, license suspended six months; and reckless driving, possession of marijuana and possession of open alcohol container in vehicle, all dismissed.

• Melanie Wilson:  public intoxication with a controlled substance, 30 days, credit for two days served, remaining time to run consecutively with all other time, probated one year.

• Rebecca Dawn Durham: theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, items valued less than $500, 30 days, probated one year, banned from Walmart.

• Barbara J. Cheatham: violation of protective order, 20 days.

• Joshua Collins: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days, probated two years; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

• Chaz Nickolas Ingram: possession of marijuana, 90 days; trafficking in a controlled substance, meth, amended to attempt, 365 days, concurrently, to serve 15 days home incarceration, remaining time probated two years; and possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

• Kyle J. Todd: second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot, 90 days, credit for 42 days served, to serve remaining time.

• Rocky McCoy: DUI, $200 fine, license suspended four to six months; and careless driving, license to be in possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance card, all dismissed; second-degree criminal mischief, 120 days; menacing, 90 days; and public intoxication with a controlled substance, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, all dismissed.

• Cela Durham: DUI, amended to second offense, $350 fine, license suspended 18 months, to serve seven days.

• Kelsey R. Shelton: possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and contempt of court, 30 days each charge to run concurrently, probated one year.

• Crystal Mae Snyder: DUI, $200 fine, license suspended six months; to serve four days.

• Tammy J. Grubbs: DUI, $200 fine, license suspended 120 days; and no registration plates, no Kentucky registration and no insurance card, all dismissed.

• Anthony M. Stigall: theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, 30 days; receiving stolen property valued less than $500, 30 days; two counts contempt of court, 30 days each count, all time to run concurrently.

• Karen Michelle Scites: possession of marijuana, 45 days, probated one year.

CIVIL JUDGMENTS

Civil judgments handed down in Boyle Circuit Court include:

• Eugenia White, 44, Danville: no driver’s license, six months, consecutively with all other sentences in Boyle and Fayette counties; tampering with physical evidence, one, concurrently; fraudulent use of ID card to obtain benefits, dismissed; four counts contempt of court, merged; first-degree bail jumping, one year, consecutively. first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, amended to second-degree possession, drug unspecified, 12 months, concurrently; DUI, 30 days, concurrently;

• Daniel Readnower II: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth, amended to first-degree possession, two years consecutive with Anderson County case; possession of drug paraphernalia, 12 months, concurrently.

• Dominque Taylor: flagrant non support, two years; trafficking in a controlled substance heroin, second offense, amended to first-degree facilitation, drug unspecified, 12 months, concurrently; trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl, amended to first-degree trafficking, drug unspecified, two years six months, concurrently.

• Krystal Stevens: flagrant nonsupport, one year, consecutively with another Boyle County case; first-degree bail jumping, one year six months, concurrently.

• Stephanie Hall: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, amended to second-degree possession, drug unspecified, six months, credit for 180 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, six months, concurrently, credit for 180 days served.

• Holly Jarboe, 37, Nicholasville: two counts first-degree wanton endangerment, amended to second-degree, 12 months, suspended 12 months, credit for one days, two years probation; first-degree possession of unspecified drug, amended to second-degree, 12 months; possession of drug paraphernalia, 12 months, all time to run concurrently and probated the same.

• Robert Beal, 33, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentenayl, amended to drug unspecified, two years, consecutively with another Boyle case.
